SOLUTION: This floating body device has a structure 3 having a space for storing the water, a synthetic resin foaming body 66 attached along the outside of this structure 3 and a covering member 68 for covering the structure 3 and the synthetic resin foaming body 66, and a unit member has a base having a flat surface on one side and a columnar part projected on the other side of this base, and the structure 3 can transport or store the water by floating on seawater by connecting mutual bases and the mutual tips of the columnar part.
