PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe, a cylinder holder and a medical fluid injecting system having these that are hardly damaged even when injecting the medical fluid having high viscosity by high pressure. SOLUTION: A guide is provided at the syringe so as to engage with the cylinder holder which fixes the syringe by holding its flange by the groove, and the mounting direction of the syringe to be mounted is defined, and the contact area of the flange of the syringe and the wall of the groove of the cylinder holder at the injection is made to be increased. |
