ULTRAVIOLET-CURING RESIN COMPOSITION FOR BACK SIDE COATING OF MIRROR AND MIRROR SUBJECTED TO BACK SIDE COATING WITH THE COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain both an ultraviolet-curing resin composition for back side coating of a mirror capable of forming a coating film having excellent water resistance, moisture resistance, acid resistance and alkali resistance and extremely improved moistureproof and rust-preventing performances on cut and polished parts of a mirror by simple facilities at a low cost in an excellent productivity, suitable for a production of small quantity and large variety and an on-line production and a mirror subjected to a back side coating with the ultraviolet-curing resin composition. SOLUTION: This ultraviolet-curing resin composition comprises (A) an epoxy (meth) acrylate, (B) an urethane (meth)acrylate and (C) a monomer containing an ethylenic unsaturated bond polymerizable with a carboxy group in the molecule. The content ratio (A):(B) of (A) the epoxy (meth)acrylate to (B) the urethane (meth)acrylate is 2:8-6:4 (weight ratio) and the amount of (C) the monomer containing an ethylenic unsaturated bond polymerizable with a carboxy group in the molecule is 0.3-10 pts.wt. of to 100 pts.wt. of the total of the (A) the epoxy (meth)acrylate and (B) the urethane (meth)acrylate. This mirror is subjected to back side coating with the ultraviolet-curing resin composition.
