PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle monitor reducing regions to be dead angles inside and outside of a vehicle to achieve excellent effect on safe driving. SOLUTION: This on-vehicle monitor comprises a guide rail 24 fitted along the outer peripheral edge of a cabin internal roof part (a roof 22) of the vehicle; a camera position control part 6 having a camera attitude control part 5 that can change the direction of a lens 7a of an image pickup camera 7 inside and outside of a cabin, and a camera forward driving part 4 that can move the image pickup camera 7 along the guide rail 24; and a monitor 8 provided on the front side of a driver's seat of the vehicle.
