PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection stretch blow molding device, the total height of which is suppressed lower so as to realize a compact, well-balanced and stable state and, in addition, at the center of a lower base of which, no obstacle is present. SOLUTION: This injection stretch blow molding device 50 has an injection molding part 68 and a stretch blow molding part 70 and, in addition, a rotating plate 66, which intermittently convey neck molds 90 arranged in response to the respective molding parts. In this case, this device has the lower base 54 fixed on a machine stand 52, an upper base 56, which is above the lower base 54 and on which the rotating plate 66 is held, a tractive plate 58 arranged below the lower base 54 and within the machine stand 52, a plurality of tie rods 62, which pass through the lower base 54 and connect the upper base 56 and the tractive plate 58, and a neck mold clamping cylinder 120, which is arranged within the machine stand 52 so as to vertically drive the tractive plate 58.
