PURPOSE: An interactive enterprise inauguration system comprising professionally educated persons is provided to manage a holding company, stockholders of the holding company, and an affiliated company together by making a researcher as a stockholder of the holding company and making the holding company as a stockholder of a company established by the researcher and making the holding company support a research fund to the researcher continuously and supplying an opportunity for an investment to the affiliated company of the holding company. CONSTITUTION: A researcher and a professor(S10) establish a venture company(S60). The venture company invests a fund of a profit(S50) and performs a distributing establishment(S80), and the researcher and the professor(S10) supply research information to the distributing established company(S90) and the researcher and the professor invest a fund directly(S50) and establish a holding company(S30). A technique evaluation(S150) and a stock securing(S20) to the holding company are performed, and a fund obtained from the holding company is re-invested(S50) to a company(S60) established by the researcher and the professor and research funds in accordance with a technique development of the researcher and the professor are supported(S40). Investment(S140, S120, S110) of a technique and a fund are performed in a research institute and a university(S130), a biotech company(S100), and a venture capital(S110), and the holding company performs a technique consulting(S160) based on technique information(S160).
