PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden of pachinko prize control in a card supply control base. SOLUTION: This pachinko prize distribution control system is composed of the card supply control base 10 for controlling warehousing information and delivery information on a pachinko prize substitute card in respective bases by supplying the pachinko prize substitute card, a wholesale base 20 for wholesaling a bought pachinko prize substitute card and a refluxed pachinko prize substitute card, a game parlor base 30 being a base for offering amusement service by a game machine and exchanging winning balls acquired by a game player by use of the game machine for the pachinko prize substitute card by the prescribed number and a buying base 40 for buying the pachinko prize substitute card exchanged by the game player and refluxing the pachinko prize substitute card by reselling to the wholsale base 20. The pachinko prize substitute card is refluxed only in three bases composed of the wholesale base 20, the game parlor base 30 and the buying base 40.
