PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mat capable of preventing the generation of waviness in an integrated type mat and further enabling stable use for a long period of time. SOLUTION: In this mat composed of a foundation cloth 1, pile tufted to the foundation cloth 1 and a rubber plate member 4 joined to the non-pile surface 11 of the foundation cloth 1, the foundation cloth 1 is provided with a two-layer structure composed of nonwoven fabric 5 and a cotton-like layer 6. The cotton-like layer 6 is fixed to the surface of the nonwoven fabric 5 by being punched at dispersed points through the nonwoven fabric 5. The foundation cloth 1 and the rubber plate member 4 are joined through a weak adhesion area 8 where the back surface of the nonwoven fabric 5 and the rubber plate member 4 are in contact and a strong adhesion area 9 where a part 61 of the cotton-like layer 6 exposed to the back surface of the nonwoven fabric 5 by punching and the rubber plate member 4 are in contact.
