FREEZING METHOD AND DEVICE

A method of freezing a product is described in which the said produd is plac ed in contact with a film of liquefied gas whose boiling point is below -30 .degree.C, said film being placed on the surface of a vibrating support, and the frozen products separat- ed at least in part from the said film of liquefied gas. A device for freezi ng a product comprises a vibration generator (7) connect- ed to a support (2) on the surface of which is placed a film of liquefied ga s (3) having a boiling point below -30 .degree.C.
