PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply discharge garbage from a garbage housing vessel after drying treatment while suppressing a malodor generated during the drying treatment. SOLUTION: The garbage housing vessel 1 having circular-arcuate bottom section and to which a rotating means 3 having plural agitating blades 4 is mounted freely rotatably and horizontally, an upper heater and a blowing fan 10 for heating the upper part of the garbage housing vessel 1, an open part 12 for allowing air to flow into the garbage housing vessel 1 and an exhaust cylinder 15 for discharging vapor generated from the garbage to the outside of the garbage housing vessel are provided. The garbage is raked up on one wall side of the garbage housing vessel 1 by rotating the agitating blade 4 to only one direction and discharged automatically from the discharge port provided at more than 30 deg. upward from just under the side wall. |
