PURPOSE: A system for advertising related company using character and calling by icon click in an Internet call service site is provided to supply an advertisement and a pleasure to a member using an advertisement attached to a body of a character. CONSTITUTION: If a charged telephone member(200) of a site supplying an Internet telephone service clicks an icon located at a background screen and a task bar in a computer terminal device(210), a telephone window is displayed on a screen(230). A personal telephone directory(240), the latest calling list(250), and a calling list between working posts(260) are displayed on the telephone window. If a telephone is selected, a calling(300) is connected by an automatic dialing(270). A currently used computer work(310) may be performed at the calling process. In addition, a member prepares an official announcement in a memo pad. The prepared official announcement is transmitted by clicking a transmission icon.
