PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform sterilization and drying, etc., by almost uniformly heating tableware housed inside a housing part. SOLUTION: Inside a heat insulation box body 12, a space 14 composed of an upper space 14a, side spaces 14b and a bottom space 14c is held and the housing part 16 is disposed. In the upper space 14a, the impeller 36 of a blower 32 is disposed. Plural blow-off holes 24b are formed at positions facing respective shelves 18 separated up and down on both side plates 24 of the housing part 16 and a part of hot air flowing down the side spaces 14b is blown from the blow-off holes 24b into the housing part 16. On a surface on the side of the side spaces 14b on the respective side plates 24, an air guide 54 extended in a vertical direction is disposed at the almost center position of the front-to- back direction. For the hot air flowing from the upper space 14a to the side spaces 14b, flowing in a direction corresponding to the rotating direction front and back of the impeller 36 is controlled by the air guide 54. |
