Supports for soap cakes

A dished or shallow-domed member, for example as shown in Figs 1 and 3, has on its concave side projections which are integral continuations of the rim of the member, so that the member will be held to a soap cake when the projections are pressed into it, the member thereby forming a support which holds the cake above the surface on which it rests (see Fig. 8). If desired more than one member may be used to support the cake (see Fig. 7). The member are suitably made by moulding a thermoplastic material.
