A method for manufacture of large-dimension lengthy porous sealers relates to the rubber industry, namely, to the technology of manufacture of porous articles, such as sealers, shock absorbers and gaskets. The method allows manufacturing the sealers of doubly larger length, to improve their physicaland mechanical properties and quality of surface, to reduce labor and power consumption. The method includes foaming and vulcanization of sealers, which are carried out in the vulcanizer on the calibrated billets not less than 1600 mm at a temperature of 150 +- 3 DEGREE C for 45-60 minutes.
