PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toothed component and its manufacturing method in which the use of a material can be reduced, the working time can be shortened, and the cost of the component can be reduced. SOLUTION: Two components used in a power transmission mechanism of a car or the like have a female tooth profile and a male tooth profile, tooth flanks of the male and female tooth profiles are hardened by the cold forging and have the predetermined surface hardness. The tooth flanks are hardened by at least two or more cold forgings.
