PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and safely perform the cleaning work of the clogging of an air nozzle. SOLUTION: A top board 5 is fixed to the upper part of a vessel 4 having an annular space part and is placed above the air nozzle 2, an air hose 6 is connected to the vessel 4 and provided with a stop valve 7, plural cylinders 11 of a cylinder device 10 are air tightly attached to an inner tube 4a of the vessel 4, a hole 12 is provided on the bottom of the cylinder 11, a piston 13 is provided movably inside the cylinder 11, an O-ring is provided between the cylinder 11 and a piston 13, a hole 4c is provided at a position corresponding to an air jetting hole 3 of the inner tube 4a, a needle 15 is fixed to the piston 13, the tip part of the needle 15 is inserted into the hole 4c and a spring 16 is provided between the piston 13 and the inner tube 4a.
