PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polygon chopping board which omits the labor for washing the chopping board. SOLUTION: The chopping boards 1a, 1b, 1c and 1d are combined to allow the use of multiple surfaces. A solid body of a rectangular parallelepiped of four surfaces corresponding to the chopping boards 1a, 1b, 1c and 1d is disposed. The solid body is internally provided with a cavity 6. The cavity 6 of the chopping board is internally provided with a cylinder 8 provided with a cylindrical cavity 7 removably from the chopping board of the solid body. The chopping board is internally provided with a semi-cylindrical drawer 10 provided with several pieces of casters 9 which may be put into and out of the cavity. Garbage is put into the drawer 10 when the chopping boards (1a) is used. Next, the chopping board is turned and the chopping board 1b is used and successively (c) and (d) are used. The garbage is discarded and washed away.
