The invention relates to a device for dehydrating, mixing with a liquid or gaseous reagent and/or heating a humid fibre and also to the transportation thereof. The inventive device for mixing the humid fibre with the liquid or gaseous reagent, and also for heating and transporting said fibre, comprises a body provided with a receiving batcher, a fibre destructor fixed to the shaft end of a moulding worm, a compression chamber, an intermixing enclosure, a conical compression chamber and a loading worm for supplying the fibre to a compacting chamber. The fibre is transported from the compacting chamber to the conical compression chamber by means of the moulding worm. The moulding worm passes through a core hole of the loading worm along the axis thereof. The worms are turned by different electric motors. The inventive device makes it possible to evacuate gases (air) from the fibre, and simultaneously to concentrate, process with a chemical reagent, heat up and transport said gases to a manufacturing line for further processing in papermaking or chemical plants, and also for producing non-woven materials. |
