PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic notifying terminal for a moving state using a mobile radio system capable of grasping a moving state of a mobile radio terminal with a communication event such as hand-over or roaming as a trigger without any change of infrastructures. SOLUTION: When a communication event is occurred, a moving state recognizing part 12 of a mobile radio terminal 1 detects and records the name of a base station that proceeded the communication event, data of the moving state is outputted to a message creating part 13 based on the prerecorded information, a message of the data is created at the part 13 with a reference to a sound database based on the data so as to be outputted to an automatic notifying part 14, the part 14 detects predetermined transmission target information, so that a telephone call is made automatically to a transmission target terminal 2 with a reference to the target information. |
