PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document input system capable of easily reusing a document formed by each client by use of a network environment without performing the management of each client connected to the network. SOLUTION: In the formation of the document, a client 4 (4-1 to 4-n) gains a format file from a format server 1, inputs necessary information in the gained format, and registers the format file with the information input therein in a registration server 2.
