PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a motor-driving unit having a simple control structure that allows a quick changeover to an individual operation mode of an inverter. SOLUTION: A control command for each power converter is obtained from the sum of outputs of a plurality of current-compensation means disposed in parallel, and each of a plurality of the current-compensation means compensates that a differential shall be zero between a detection value of an output current of each of the power converters and the current-command value that should be output by each of the power converter.
