PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently distribute only advertisement information which is effective to a user. SOLUTION: A managing server is equipped with a means that selects advertisement information relating to the kind of playing instrument according to client information (registered information) including music information indicating the kind of the playing instrument used by an individual practice terminal and a means which performs control so that the selected advertisement information is sent to the individual practice terminal through a communication terminal. The managing serer selects the advertisement information according to the client information and sends the selected advertisement information to a client device. The client information includes the music information indicating the kind of the playing instrument used by the individual practice terminal, so the managing server selects and sends the advertisement information relating to the kind of the playing instrument in use to the practice terminal. Thus, the managing server selects and send proper advertisement information by users. Namely the effective advertisement information can efficiently be provided by the users.
