PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for preserving electronic information, with which a user can safely preserve/share his/her owned electronic information without necessity for the user himself/herself to prepare a means for protecting the information from destruction, steal or alteration. SOLUTION: A terminal 30 for preserving/sharing electronic information has information protecting software 200, a user authenticating part 31 for judging the possibility of a connection corresponding to a connection request, an access managing part 32 for managing the possibility of access to the electronic information, an information preserving part 34 for storing the electronic information in an area 33 for storage, and a charging calculating part 35 for calculating charging to an owner and a user on the basis of a transmitted data amount and a preserved data amount. |
