PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic commerce system capable of effectively preventing the forgery or diversion to a virtual transaction or the like of an electronic sign by an exchange agent. SOLUTION: Transaction information and user recognition information are inputted from a transaction content input part 11 and a user recognition information reading part 20 and transmitted to the server 200 of a settlement system, and commercial transaction information is generated by a commercial transaction information generation part 210. The user confirms the transaction content presented through a commercial transaction information presentation part 21 and inputs the sign through a handwritten sign input part 30. The electronic sign data and the commercial transaction information are transmitted to an electronic sign management server 100, wherein, after the collation of the electronic sign by a sign collation part 130, the summary information of the electronic sign data and a commercial transaction identification data for specifying the transaction content are added as electronic watermark information thereto to generate an electronic sign data with electronic watermark. |
