PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server unit which can conduct mail-order sale in a condition favorable for both a distributor and a purchaser of a commodity. SOLUTION: A request processing part 12 of a server 10 provides a Web page by which a user can issue a purchase order of the article and a notice order (a request for informing of the effect that a price of the specified commodity comes to a specified price when it is brought), and stores a content of the notice order in a cart database 22 when the order is issued. A notice order processing part 13 monitors change of a content of a commodity database 21 stored with a sales price and the like as to the each commodity, and transmits an electronic mail for informing the user by whom the order is issued of the effect that the notice order for which the notice conditions are satisfied is found out of the notice orders stored with the contents in the cart database 22, when found. |
