PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an online sales method and system, capable of promoting utilization by a visitor by improving maintenance of favorable public image of an online store. SOLUTION: When a user terminal device which is a terminal device owned by a customer accesses the online store via a network, a store clerk display program for displaying a virtual store clerk who is the store clerk of the online store on the user terminal device is transmitted to the user terminal device. A service program for displaying product information and service information provided by the online store, corresponding to the operation of the virtual store clerk by the operation of the user terminal device by the user, is transmitted to the user terminal device. In this case, plural virtual store clerks, whose characters are respectively different, are prepared as the virtual store clerks, so that the virtual store clerk is changed according to the desire of the customer. |
