PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method able to protect profit of copyright owner further effectively as compared with the conventional practice, as to an optical disk device, an optical disk recording method, an optical disk and optical disk playback method, when being appliedying to a system with e.g. a mini-disk(MD), a digital video recorder(DVR), etc. SOLUTION: In this method, a driving signal SX is generated by putting together signals of plural systems which are generated by respectively disturbing each bit string of the 1st information SA regarding the copyright into one system based on a pseudo-random number R corresponding to the 2nd information SB regarding the copyright as reference. |
