PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of disturbance in the magnetic field by minimizing the eddy current flowing in a vacuum chamber. SOLUTION: The invention comprises an eddy current correcting coil 14 arranged along the outer surface of the vacuum chamber 7 and an external coil 15 arranged in the neighbourhood of an exciting coil located outside the eddy current correcting coil 14 and connected endlessly to therewith, wherein the external coil 15 and eddy current correcting coil 14 are arranged so that the direction of the current flowing in the external coil 15 owing to the magnetic field of the exciting coil becomes opposite to the direction of the current flowing in the eddy current correcting coil 14 owing to the eddy current 6 generated in the vacuum chamber 7.
