TACKY ADHESIVE PAPER FOR SELF-PEELABLE LABEL, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME AND LABEL USING THIS TACKY ADHESIVE PAPER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient manufacturing method for tacky adhesive paper for labels without using release paper and to provide the tacky adhesive labels which may be inexpensively produced in small lots. SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing the tacky adhesive paper for the self-peelable labels has a process step of applying a thermosetting silicone to the front surface of a paper base material having high bulk density to the state of not allowing penetration down to the rear surface of the paper base material and a process step of applying a tacky adhesive to the rear surface of the paper base material. This tacky adhesive paper for the self-peelable label is obtained by this method. The labels are formed by using the tacky adhesive paper. Paper of >=0.75 g/cm3 in bulk density, >=30 seconds in air permeability (JIS P8117) and >=40 seconds in Bekk smoothness (JIS P8119) as the base material is used as the paper base material. A non-solvent thermosetting silicone of >=300 cP in viscosity is used as the silicone and is cured by heat treatment within 5 second after application to the state that the silicone does not penetrate down to the rear surface of the paper base material.
