PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable riding booking system utilizing movable body phone capable of providing a convenience also to the aged and handicapped by allowing to book also from movable body phones and informing customers of the approach of a movable body. SOLUTION: In this booking system 1, when a riding booking occurs, the riding booking is accepted by a center 3, an operating route is determined according to the riding booking, and an operating instruction is given to the movable body 4 in an operating route. The center 3 comprises a position specifying function 31 for specifying the position of an information transmitter through a communication between a movable body phone 21 and a movable body phone base station 51, specifies the position of a specified person performing the riding booking based on the transmitter information from the location specifying function 31, performing the riding booking from the location or near the location, and set the operating route to stop a vehicle at a booked place.
