PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect whether or not a cap part is surely assembled into a housing part in a protective cover having an enclosure part wherein an opening of the housing part has a structure to be closed by the cap part. SOLUTION: In a process wherein the cover part 37 is made to displace from an exposed posture to a protected posture, at the cap part 32 and a cover part 37, interference parts 36, 41 are installed which do not interfere when the cap part 32 is assembled in a normal occlusion posture to the housing part 22 and interfere with each other in an improper assembling state where the cap part 32 does not arrive at the occlusion posture. Whether or not the cap part 32 is properly assembled to the housing part 22 can be detected by whether or not the interference parts 36, 41 interfere when the cover part 37 is made to displace to the protected posture.
