<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow charging and collection for software installed in a processing equipment to be performed with reasonable amount corresponding to a transaction price of the software, other than collection of a selling price for the transaction price of the processing equipment. SOLUTION: A host equipment 11 evaluates write quality on the basis of digital information which shows write quality of management ID received from an information processing terminal 7 through a communication network 9, and also performs correction of information related to conditions for marking the management ID onto semiconductor wafers 151 to 15n depending on the result of evaluation; besides transmits information related to the conditions after correction to the information processing terminal of a minute dot marking equipment 3 through the communication network 9, and transmits information related to the result of devaluation to a charging/collection information processing terminal 13 through the communication network 9. The charging/collection information processing terminal 13 receives information of writing times transmitted from the information processing terminal 7 and information related to the result of evaluation transmitted from the host equipment 11, and calculates effective writing times for the management ID, and then performs prescribed charging and collection according to the result of calculation.</p> |
