<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform acceptance of jobs using input/output ports even when all of the input/output ports of a recorder are under use. SOLUTION: An instruction of videotaping operation is inputted to a control means 200 from any among operation instruction means 100a, 100b and 100c. The control means 200 checks the state of the input/output port of a material file recording and reproducing means 300 and if the use thereof is possible, a signal switching means 400a is controlled to connect the output signal from any of the material input means 500a, 500b and 500c inputted by the material file to be videotaped to the free input/ output port of the material file recording and reproducing means 300. A video and speech signal recording and reproducing means 310 videotapes the video and speech signals of the material file inputted from the input/output port in a material file memory means 320. In case of nonusability, such as, for example, the input/output ports are not free, the instruction of the videotaping operation is registered in a waiting list. The monitor of the input/output ports is carried out and if there is any free input/output port, the videotaping processing is performed in the procedure similar to the above explanation when the instruction of the videotaping operation is registered in the waiting list.</p> |
