摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging apparatus, which produces the output of an electrical signal logarithmic to an incident light, for detecting a level of each of color signals and performing the relative comparison between their levels, and changing the level of each of the color signals according to the comparison results to perform a white balance adjustment. SOLUTION: Temperature-corrected video signals from a sensor means 1 is converted to digital signals by a A/D converting circuit 2, and then is sorted out to each of RGB color signals by a RGB sorting circuit 3. An initial-state setting circuit 4 adds an offset voltage to each of the RGB color signals to perform the white balance adjustment, for the initial setting. In an practical imaging, a color temperature detection circuit 5 detects a color temperature of a subject from the RGB color signals with the initial setting done, and based on the detected color temperature, a white balance adjustment circuit 6 adds the offset voltage to both of R signal and B signal to perform the white balance adjustment.
