PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a board fixing structure in a cabinet, wherein the mounting area of child boards is ensured, the space in a cabinet of defined volume can be effectively used without enlarging the size of the cabinet, and attaching of the child boards can be ensured. SOLUTION: In the cabinet 1, a base board 2 is positioned and fixed. FPC connectors 7 for connecting FPC's 6 are arranged on the base board 2. The FPC's 6 which are detachably connected with the FPC connectors 7 are electrically connected with the child boards 8. On the base board 2, a guide 9 which is perpendicular to the base board 2 is arranged surrounding the child boards 8. The child boards 8 are introduced along the slits 10 formed on the guide 9 maintaining a prescribed angle to the base board 2, and the FPC's 6 are detachably connected to the FPC connectors 7. Thereby the child boards 8 are arranged being inclined to the base board 2.
