PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light-emitting element of highly reliable sealing. SOLUTION: This element is provided with at least a substrate having an organic light-emitting element formed thereon, a first and a second sealing caps providing air tightness by adhesion to the substrate. Adhering parts of the first and the second sealing caps are adhered to the substrate and the second sealing cap is arranged in such a manner of covering the first sealing cap, and the adhering part of the first sealing cap and the adhering part of the second sealing cap do not contact each other. |
