PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content information distribution system which efficiently generates, gathers, sorts, edits, and publishes content. SOLUTION: The whole system which exchanges information between an information managing server and a terminal device of an information provider in two ways through a communication network is divided into an information management group 100 which gathers, edits, and distributes information, an information provider group 200 which provides information, a leader group 400 which determines whether or not the contents of the provided information are proper and corrects them, and a reader group which is provided with the information, and the respective groups exchange information with one another through a communication network, and the information management group grasps all the states and officially announces the contents of individual information exchange in the system according to need to enable free opinion exchange and the reader group is able to obtain information that the information management group holds as information of high quality through the communication network. |
