PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sell merchandise to a plurality of group members by using a transaction condition which is defined only for the affiliated group. SOLUTION: A dedicated group network is provided by each group, the transaction condition only for the group is distributed to each dedicated group network, to which the transaction condition can be transmitted without causing it to flow to the outside, and the merchandise is sold within the dedicated group network by using the distributed transaction condition.
