PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a client managing device, with which a driver and a client are correspondently stored and the personal information of the client can be read while being limited only to the specified driver. SOLUTION: Concerning the client information managing device for receiving real vehicle information containing the position information of a vehicle and the utilization conditions of the client from a mobile station, this device is provided with a receiving part for receiving the real vehicle information containing the personal information and client identification information of the client and the driver identification information of the driver from the mobile station, a client information database for storing the personal information of the client corresponding to the client identification information, a driver information database for storing the client identification information corresponding to the driver identification information, a deciding part for deciding whether the client identification information is stored in the driver information database corresponding to the driver identification information or not when the read request instruction of the driver identification information, the client identification information and the personal information of the client is received from the mobile station, and a transmitting part for extracting the personal information of the client from the client information database and transmitting it to the mobile station when the decision is made successful. |
