PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a performance information processor for an individual building capable of quickly grasping the performance value of each residence of a customer. SOLUTION: In the vertical direction of a data input screen, '3', '3M', '2', '2M'... being characters signifying the width of the window of the building are written. Furthermore, within the item of the '3', characters signifying the height of the window of a building such as '3VTR', '3XR'... are written within the item of '3', and '3MVTR', '3MXR'... are written within the item of '3M'. On the other hand, in the horizontal direction of the screen, characters showing compass directions (in the order of south, east, west and north) are written. Then numerical entering frames are constituted in the state of a matrix corresponding to these characters. For example, what a businessman has to do is only to input a numerical values expressing the number to the numerical entering frame on the basis of the characters signifying the direction or the windows of the building described in a design document in the individual building of a plan desired by the customer. A Q value and aμvalue are calculated on the basis of this inputted value.
