PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for an organic electronic element which enables to obtain a high-performance organic electronic element by improving the orientability of an organic compound and to impart characteristics such as lightweight and high flexibility to the obtained organic electronic element, and an organic element manufactured by the manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method for an organic electronic element comprises an electrode formation process in which a substrate 1 with organic molecules as a precursor of an organic semiconductor layer has a good orientation surface is chosen selectively, and a source electrode 2 and a drain electrode 3 are formed on the surface of the substrate 1, a semiconductor film formation process that an organic semiconductor layer 4 which consists of a good orientation film of the organic molecules is formed on the surface of the substrate 1 making contact with these electrodes 2 and 3, an insulation layer formation process for forming an insulation film 5 on the organic semiconductor film 4, and a gate electrode formation process for forming a gate electrode 6 on the insulation film 5. By these processes, an organic electrode element is produced.
