PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a rental video shop and video shop, which can not place an engineer of the Internet or a computer or a person having expert knowledge about film works due to problems of cost and technical capability to easily retrieve, extract plural groups of works desired by a user among works in stock of the present shop, to display and provide them to the user together with unique comments such as price information. SOLUTION: In this service to retrieve and extract film/video works by selection of items desired by the user, an input item of a used shop ID of the service is provided as one of retrieval conditions when retrieval is performed by inputting a specific used shop ID of the service in the item. Information of the used shop of the service stored in a computer server of a provider of main retrieval service is referred and a retrieval result is displayed and provided to the user.
