LIQUID DISPENSING METHOD AND DEVICE

Water is sucked into a dispensing tip (2) from a liquid container (8), and later air is sucked at a first speed and then at a speed higher then the first speed, thereby atomizing or forming into droplets the sucked water in the dispensing tip (2) to increase an air relative humidity in the dispensing tip (2). A specified time later, a liquid to be dispensed is sucked into the dispensing tip (2). Whereby, a vaporization amount, in the dispensing tip (2), of the liquid to be dispensed is kept minute and constant to enable an accurate dispensing in amount of the liquid.
