SUBSTANCE: vegetable or peloid raw is milled and dehydrated to the loss of fluidity, stirred preliminary with oil and alcohol at heating in the ratio 1 kg : 0.2 l and 1 kg : 0,3 l, respectively. Raw is extracted with oil in the presence of boiling alcohol and its distillate is dehydrated under vacuum to moisture value 0.1%, not above. Raw extraction is carried out in the ratio from 1 kg of raw : 0.3 l to 1 kg of raw : 1 l of oil and from 1 kg : 0.4 l to 1 kg : 1 l of alcohol twice successively with the same portion of raw and at the same ratio of raw to oil and alcohol in both extraction stages. The first extraction is carried out under vacuum 0.75-0.85 atm, at temperature 50 C, not above, and the second extraction is carried out for two stages: under atmosphere pressure and temperature 85 C, not above, and then under vacuum 0.87-0.85 atm. Obtained portions of extracts are poured into total capacity and stirred. EFFECT: intensified process, increased yield and biological activity of product. |
