SUBSTANCE: method of sand cementing in well for recovery of fluid media, especially oil and/or gas is distinguished by the following stages: option, preliminary washing of rock with aqueous solution of inorganic salts, preferably, with KCl; injection into rock of cementing substance consisting of aqueous solution of sodium silicate; blowing with inert gas of rock treated at previous stage to remove excessive cementing substance and water injected at the second stage; introduction into rock, treated as described above of acid aqueous solution having pK at 25 C between 3 and 10. The third stage includes blowing of rock with nitrogen. Inert gas is supplied to rock for 2-10 h at flow rate of 28-42 cu. nm/h, or inert gas is supplied to rock for 4-6 h at flow rate of 28-42 cu. nm/h. At the fourth stage, aqueous solution of acid selected from ammonium chloride and acetic acid is introduced into rock. EFFECT: preserved permeability of cemented zone. 5 cl, 1 tbl, 6 ex
