摘要 PURPOSE: A tuning method of a string instrument using linear elastic property of metals is provided to tune a string instrument without a gauge through easy learning of simple tuning process of a beginner by making compass reach a reference sound level using a reference line coated on a string. CONSTITUTION: In case of a guitar, guitar strings are coated by red color. Plural gauges are coated with blue, a complementary color of red. The number of gauges is 6 to be applied to all of the 6 numbers of guitar strings. Each gauge is used for each string of a guitar after all of the strings are set on the guitar. A string is set on a corresponding colored part of the guitar string by using the proper gauge. Then, the string is tuned to a marked part. All of the guitar strings are tuned completely by applying the entire process to the other strings. Compass of a guitar reaches a reference sound level easily by using a reference line marked on each string. Thereby, a beginner tunes the guitar strings through easy learning of simple tuning process.
