PURPOSE: A system for sending news of Internet bulletin board information is provided to increase the usage efficiency of information and to activate an electronic commerce through the bulletin board. CONSTITUTION: An Internet site server(10-1,..10-n) is installed a bulletin board(10-1A1,..,10-1An) and an information transmission system. The bulletin board(10-1A1,..,10-1An) receives information from a plurality of users, registers it thereon, and transmits the information to the information transmission system. The transmission system(10-1B) received information from the bulletin board organizes the received information and transmits the organized information to an information server(30). The information server(30) receives the information from the Internet site server(10-1,..10-n), divides the received information, and stores it to an information database(20). A transmission unit(30b) transmits news information to a plurality of news receiving systems(40-1,..,40-n).
