PURPOSE: A service system and method for integrating a native tongue domain and an e-mail address into one native tongue is provided to increase the convenience of a user by simultaneously outputting a homepage window and an e-mail service window on a screen, and by respectively providing a function for a native tongue domain or a function for a native tongue e-mail address to an integrated native tongue domain and an e-mail address in case that the user selects the homepage window or the service window. CONSTITUTION: An operator server(100) gives an integrated native tongue domain and an e-mail address to a user. In addition, the operator server(100) performs a service for reading a homepage and an e-mail service using the integrated domain and the e-mail address. The operator server(100) is equipped with the first database(110) which stores URL(Uniform Resource Locator) information and the second database(120) which stores contents of mails of users(200,300). The users(200,300) connecting to the operator server(100) through the Internet become members of the operator server(100). The users(200,300) input user information according to the request of the operator server(100). The operator server(100) gives e-mail addresses in a native tongue to the users(200,300).
