<p>A dispensing device for dispensing items comprises a cabinet having a plurality of storage locations for storing items. The dispensing device further includes a processor having an associated memory for storing item information, including the types of items and their respective storage locations within the cabinet. A display screen is coupled to the processor, and electronics are provided to permit coupling of the processor to a network.
