Preheater is provided with pressure controller joined with water hardness pickup mounted on pipeline for return water of water-supply line after unit for joining water-supply pipeline for feeding water passed through preheater for hot water supply and it is also provided with regulating organ mounted on water supply pipeline before said preheater.
